RETURNS POLICY
Any faults can be sent back within 10 working days for a full refund or store credit.
We will refund the return post in full.
Any item purchased incorrectly will be exchanged or refunded as store credit only and there will be no refund for post or return post.
Custom made range and customised ranges are not refundable so please measure accurately and ensure your colour choice by requesting your free samples.
As we use independent courier companies as our main source of transport, delivery times are estimate only.
We give the courier authority to leave your parcel even if no one is home to sign for it and we take no responsibility for missing items when left at your premises.
If you live in an unsafe area please ensure someone is home to sign or give an alternative drop off address.
We reserve the right to charge additional freight charges to remote areas or where freight charges are exessive.
